Fanyi Jiang
I am a PhD student in philosophy at University of California, Berkeley. Before that, I received my B.A. from Peking University.
I am interested in philosophy of mind and the parts of ethics that intersect with it. In general, my philosophical interests are driven by an urge to understand various human experience.
Outside philosophy, I have been a life-long fan of tennis. I am the former president of the tennis association and the captain of the tennis team at PKU. I am forever indebted to tennis and the athletes whom I have known through acquaintance or TV for many inspirational moments in my life. I hope to do some philosophy of tennis in the future.
